Karen Valdez is the owner of Machitas Creations and has lived in Harrisonburg, VA for 15 years. Karen has always had a passion for crafts and began exploring the art of balloons in October of 2024. This led to the founding of Machitas Creations that was born from a passion for art and a love for balloons. Karen Valdez has an official certificate from the Academy Cris Balloon Design for completing the "Artist Program."
