We ask for 1 week notice in advance and a non-refundable deposit to complete the booking. We will send an invoice with price agreed upon and terms.

Machitas Creations is not liable for balloons once they have been delivered or installed. We will replace anything damaged while transporting or during set-up. Enviromental influences such as weather, animals, and different surfaces can affect the durability of our creations.
